Rose oversees all day to day Operations Management for S&A, as well as, its subsidiaries. She is also the administrative arm of the company & provides direct oversight in the areas of client services, facilities management & training. Rose reports directly to Mr. Siemienowski in this role & is also responsible for tracking revenue producing projects for the Company & its numerous investment properties. She coordinates relations with a multi-state network of lenders, property managers & vendors seamlessly. Rose was hired after a clever statement included in her Resume at the time of review "Let's make a deal," she said. After that day we never looked back.
Rose started at S&A in 2009 & quickly elevated from a part time office staff position to a full time Income Property Assistant & from there she was promoted to the Office Manager position. As Office Manager, she was able to identify, refine & implement best in class business practices that have led to direct improvements in the areas of corporate administration, communications & facilities management. These improvements have positively impacted corporate moral, associate retention & operational stability of the company & its subsidiaries.
