Rory Williams is a principal of Realty Cap Investments and oversees the growth and direction of the company. He has a hands-on approach with the investments, from identifying initial targets to working through the acquisitions and asset management.
He has over 18 years of experience with commercial real estate from investing, to operations to finance. Over his career, he has experience with many different types of commercial real estate and has been involved with the acquisitions and the dispositions of over $500MM of property.
Rory Williams graduated from the University of Arizona and later received a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. Getting out of business school, he spent the next ten years working in the family real estate investment firm, growing the company from several hundred thousand square feet to over five million square feet.
Rory is married with two children and spends his weekends cheering his boys in sports. In his free time, he has been working on restoring an early 70’s Ford bronco.
