Rory has over five years of experience in the real estate industry with a comprehensive understanding of the East Coast market as well as the intricacies of structuring optimal transactions. As a result, achieved cost reductions of $1.4 million and secured fixed expansion options at below market rates. Served as the Account Manager for LABORATORY CORPORATION OF AMERICA. Centralized the Northeast Region containing over 200 locations. Saved LabCorp over $1 million dollars in the first year of the account through firm negotiations and creative solutions. Served as the Assistant Account Manager for BAYER CORPORATION. Helped oversee the centralization of Real Estate for Bayer in North America. Savings for Bayer in year one of the relationship were over $2 million. Served as the Assistant Account Manager for PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT. Helped oversee the centralization of real estate and achieved $1.7 million in savings in the first two years of the account.
