Ronnie Carlson joined Leon Capital Group in 2014 as an acquisitions associate to focus on site selection and acquisition to help build the single and multi-tenant pipeline throughout the state of Florida. Ronnie was previously involved in leasing, property management, and land sales for investment and development in the Tampa Bay Market. Prior to that he was involved in commercial highway interchange real estate and development for a private investor and developer in the Midwest. Ronnie achieved the prestigious CCIM Designation as one of the youngest to ever receive it in the United States. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute serving on the Young Leaders Board, ICSC, CCIM Institute and Real Estate Investment Council of Tampa Bay. Ronnie is a graduate of Saint Leo University where he competed on Saint Leo’s NCAA Division 2 Men’s Golf program.
