Bio
Ron joined Irwin I. Roth, Inc. in 1968 as a salesman. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. In addition, he has taken and successfully completed courses in real estate appraisal offered by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at Indiana University and courses offered at the Evening College of the University of Cincinnati. Ron is a charter member and a Certified Appraiser, Senior Designate, of the American Association of Certified Appraisers.
Mr. Roth is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Certified Appraisers.
For 35 years Ron has sold, leased, managed and appraised residential, commercial and industrial real estate, including appraising real estate for mortgage loans, working for several building and loan associations and banks, and performing appraisals for many attorneys in the Cincinnati area for use in Domestic Relations Court and Probate Court. He has testified in the United States Tax Court, Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, and at domestic relations hearings.
Ron has been active in the community for many years, working as a baseball and golf coach for Cincinnati Moeller High School, and is the official scorer for the Cincinnati Reds.
