Ronald J. Channels, Senior Vice President/ Tenant Consulting Group for NAI Capital, joined NAI in September of 2022 and has made Broker of the Month for November and December of 2022 and January of 2023. He as has over twenty years of experience working in commercial real estate. Specifically Ron specializes in negotiating office leases on behalf of tenants. He has excellent rapport and a reputation for being responsive with landlords in Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Bernardino which allows him to support his clients in expansions and moves throughout Southern California.
