Hawaiian Sun Investments, Inc. has been managing commercial and rental housing here in Hilo Hawaii for the past 30 years now.
Located from California in 1988 to Hilo, Hawaii as a General Contractor to manage our own properties and to help stimulate our local economy by creating new opportunities in sustainable agriculture, utilizing the old sugar plantations lands to produce a whole new scope of products and help us from being so dependent on products shipped here from all over the world.
Here at the Hilo Plaza Building we have a 3 story building for which we will coin the phrase: "One Stop Shop".
Our 1st floor will introduce retail services from making available locally produced products, introducing an incubator program designed to not only provide locally grown products from the small farmers but to incorporate teaching solutions, sustainable, transparent agriculture and preparation techniques as well.
Our 2nd and 3rd floors will incorporate local business that will require space that the new work at home businesses may not be able to provide.
Stop by and see your lawyer, accountant, financial consultant, or get your re-certification or your nursing classes while your family can enjoy the Delicatessen, watch while you chocolate, ice cream and all the local products are being made for scratch.
