Concentrating on all forms of real estate, since moving back to Redding and being joined by his son, Curt, to form the Largent Team, he has been doing a lot of business in the commercial and business opportunity field. He has sold mobile home parks, self storage complexes, motels, restaurants, and convenience stores with gas stations. In addition, he has sold annually about $20 million in home sales with the Team.
