Over 30 years as a Realtor/developer. Past clients include Albertsons, Outback Steak House, Olive Garden, KFC, Chevron, Hecla Mining and Hagadone Hospitality. Experienced in 1031 exchanges, Build to Suits, land sales and development, commercial leasing. I have developed speculation housing/condos, warehouses, and retail and a C store. Affiliate of the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter.
