Ron has been in the commercial real estate business since 1983. He started at John Burnham Company (now Cushman Wakefield) and specialized in leasing of retail centers in San Diego. Ron then joined Taco Bell Corporation as Real Estate Manager which offered an excellent learning experience of Tenant’s perspective and needs for real estate. La Mancha Development Corporation then recruited Ron as an Acquisitions Specialist and he eventually came to San Diego with responsibility for La Mancha's San Diego operations. Given his exposure to leasing, tenant site evaluation, and the entire development process, Ron started the entrepreneurial phase of his career which remains his current pursuit. Ron is responsible for acquisitions, leasing and lender relationships.
