Bio
He is the Vice President of Research and Information Technology and serve as the Chief Technology Manager for Colliers International | South Carolina. He is responsible for refining the methodology of the collection and evaluation of office, retail, industrial and medical market information across South Carolina. He brings a unique perspective to the role because he has been to most areas of South Carolina and understands the markets of the state to an extent that not many people can say that they do.
He is also responsible for planning and executing specialized research projects for Colliers’ corporate solutions clients as well as participating in client presentations. As a consultant, he brings many years of market experience to his clients and the company and strive to always provide unbiased information. He manages the firm’s platform to the Colliers’ staff and clients, including information technology, integrated systems, databases, internal project management and quality control. He looks at things from a macro-level and enjoy watching our economically diverse state grow and develop over time as a whole.
