Romy joined CBRE in late 2017, bringing with her almost a decade of expertise in leasing and pre-leasing of commercial (office and retail) projects and (re)developments. Her experience and passion lies in project leasing, mixed-use developments and creating the ideal merchandise mix. She prides herself in building and maintaining client relationships, successfully sourcing and evaluating suitable tenants for the project at hand and negotiating lease contracts.
