Rolando is an Investment Advisor focused on East Bay Area industrial property sales and investments. With a passion for commercial real estate, he has joined the high-performing NAI NorCal’s Oakland office of CRE professionals.
Enlisting in the US Navy following high school, Rolando spent his early adult years moving across the United States and traveling around the world. During his 13-year career with the Navy he developed his leadership skills and embodied a culture of integrity, discipline, and service. He holds two undergraduate degrees concentrated on Real Estate Studies, Real Estate Construction and Portfolio Development from American Military University.
A dedicated husband and father of three, Rolando values quality time with his family during walks, exploring new food scenes, camping, and cooking. Carving out time to read personal growth and development books along with training for endurance sports are key to his focus on continued learning and self-improvement. Rolando has returned to his hometown in the East Bay Area to add value through exceptional service while achieving industrial asset sales and investment mastery.
