I’m a born and raised Detroiter! I’ve lived in Metro Detroit my entire live so I’m very familiar with the tri-county area, Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb. I’ve been involved in real estate for 15 years. I started out as an investor. I flipped my first property and began investing and managing rental properties. As I aspired to become a more savvy and knowledgeable investor, I decided to become a licensed residential real estate appraiser. The knowledge of how to truly establish the value of a home did increase my aptitude as an investor, however it gave me even greater clarity when I became a real estate agent! Pricing is crucial when it comes to listing a home. Buyers buy at prices that are attractive for homes that exude great value and that’s where I come in! I love doing Real Estate!! Real estate allows you share some of the most important moments in someone’s life! Buying their first home, stopping someone from losing their home. Helping someone sell a home who can’t conduct business as they should due to a divorce or loss in the family. It’s wonderful to bless someone.
