Roger’s career started in the early 1970’s buying and selling single and multi-family properties. In 1976, he became a licensed realtor in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Throughout his career Roger has bought, renovated, and sold several hundred properties.
In 2004 Roger formed Phillips Real Estate Group, Inc., a firm that provides consulting and management services for development projects in California, Arizona, Panama and Costa Rica. Recent projects include 400 ‘fix and flip’ properties in Arizona.
Roger’s passion for real estate came at a very young age as he grew up in a family owned business that bought and managed apartments. Graduated from Cortez High School, Phoenix Arizona in 1972.

Together they formed the Phillips-Fisher Center for Neurological Research and Brain repair at USC.
