Prior to Seattle he was practicing in Portland, Oregon. Currently the bulk of his time is spent representing property owners of office, industrial and retail buildings with both sales and leasing.
Recent projects include the sale of the Shilshole West Office Building in Ballard; the sale of the historic Hull Building in downtown Seattle; lease negotiations for BioSonics, Inc.’s new headquarters; sale of the Heritage Distillery in Ballard; and the industrial sale of Bryant Motors to CITC for their future headquarters / training facility.
