Twenty-five of those years have been in the North Pinellas County and West Pasco County region. I have been affiliated with ERA, ReMax, and Coldwell Banker, and with my own company, Fruits Real Estate Services, Inc. personally closing over $400 Million in sales in the local area. My background includes working with buyers, sellers, corporate relocation, site selection and property management. I have been awarded numerous top producer awards. Past corporate relocations include Delta Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Welbilt, and Enodis, as well as several smaller corporations.
