Total redevelopment of an existing resort property to cater to the specific market of scuba divers interested in diving the worlds second largest barrier reef. Totally responsible for remodeling project. Closely worked with architects and engineers to develop the property to suit that specific market segment. Developed budget and cost controls for the project. Responsible for hiring and supervising contractors and international vendors and getting necessary materials shipped to the site on time and in budget. In addition I was responsible for developing the marketing plan to target the market through travel agencies and through direct marketing programs with other resorts in the area for referrals.
