Prior to joining NAI CBI Hawaii, Rod was a small business entrepreneur in the hospitality and retail sector. Negotiating leases as a tenant with major landowners as well as being a lessor has given him a unique and invaluable perspective into the commercial real estate business. Rod’s experience encompasses commercial, industrial, office, retail, multi-tenant apartments, land and investment properties in both sales and leasing. Over the past several years Rod has been involved in commercial real estate transactions in excess of $100 million dollars. Consistently ranked among NAI CBI Hawaii’s top three producers.
