Rod Baker is the Founder and CEO of Baker First Commercial Real Estate Services and Baker First Management Corporation established in 1988 and Alliance Property Development, Inc. established in 1992. Rod has nearly 40 years of commercial real estate experience including brokerage, property management and construction/development. His specialties include sales, leasing, management, development and valuation of retail, office, and self-storage projects. He and his firm have sold, leased, and developed hundreds of properties throughout central Oklahoma. The Baker First Group of Companies have extensive experience in renovation of existing facilities.
Rod is a CCIM designee, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oklahoma.
Rod is active in numerous organizations including being a member and past Chairman of the Oklahoma City Board of Adjustment, past member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and Board of Advisors to the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
Rod has served as a Board Member of the Commercial Real Estate Council, past Chairman of the Commercial Industrial Division of the Oklahoma City Association of Realtors, past President of Uptown Kiwanis Club and past Chairman and Board Member of Oklahoma Goodwill Industries. Rod currently serves on the Board of Harding Fine Arts Academy Foundation and Oklahoma Proton Center.
