Rocky Kaufmann, Director/Associate Broker with KW Commercial, was born and raised in the Atlanta area and attended The Lovett School in high school and then North Carolina State University and Kennesaw State University for secondary education. In 2002, he began his real estate career as the lead manager and leasing agent of a diversified portfolio that included office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. In 2005 he joined KW Commercial, brokering sales and leases of a variety of property types including office, medical office, retail, and industrial. Rocky has won award within the company for production, including Top Commercial Agent at KW Commercial Atlanta Perimeter in 2009 – 2013, 2015, 2016. Rocky is currently serving on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for the Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter office. Additionally, he serves on the National CLC (Commercial Leadership Council) for KW Commercial, the commercial arm of Keller Williams. Rocky has maintained a presence in the Atlanta community and the spirit of volunteerism through his work with Team Georgia Wrestling, as VP of Wrestlers In Business Atlanta and as a Wrestling Coach at The Lovett School for the last twenty-one years. He was honored in 2003 with the Georgia High School Association Coach of The Year award for his contributions and leadership.
