A Dallas native, Rock brings a rich history of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and a wealth of knowledge to clients in his tenant representation practice. Rock focuses on providing his clients with valuable knowledge about the Dallas market and commercial real estate practices.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Rock spent 7 years with the Toronto-based Avison Young, where he represented both office users across the country. On the international level, from 2018-2021, Rock was a council member for the Avison Young’s Global Emerging Leaders.
Rock has built a specialization around his representation of office tenants in the North Central Expressway and surrounding submarkets of Dallas, Texas. Rock has worked with varying industries such as private equity, legal, technology, healthcare, publication, consulting, and engineering in the DFW Metroplex.
