I am a full-time, experienced Broker Salesperson, and I have listed, sold and rented many homes throughout New Jersey in the following counties: Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren, Union, Middlesex, Mercer, Union, Essex and Hudson. You see, I was a licensed residential real estate appraiser in my recent past. Although I am no longer licensed in the appraisal field, I still posess the ability to determine market value in any area in New Jersey as I do maintain several Multiple Listing Services giving me exposure to many parts of New Jersey. My goal is to provide excellent service through experience and skill and an understanding of both the Real Estate Market to elicit client satisfaction!
I am also a marketing expert. I became a Real Estate Appraiser in effort to track the Real Estate Market trends in order to make wise investment decisions.
