Robert is a principal with Hunneman’ s Capital Markets group and a commercial real estate expert with an extensive history of effectively liaising between buyers and sellers of investment properties and development opportunities. Throughout his career, he has brokered more than $3 Billion in regional & national real estate transactions, and is widely recognized for his exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building talents.
Prior to joining Hunneman in 1990, Robert co-founded and built The Dartmouth Company, Inc. The thriving Boston-based commercial retail brokerage firm is now owned by brokers that he recruited, trained, mentored, and managed.
