Robert Stephens joined Arcland in 2023 as an Investment Associate responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of acquisitions, expansions, and developments. Prior to joining the company, Robert served as an Investment Analyst for ASB Real Estate Investments where he supported asset management responsibilities for a diversified, core portfolio of +10 properties and +$1 billion in market value and assisted in the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of a +$200 million multifamily asset.
Robert received his B.A. of Economics from Brown University in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and traveling with friends and family.
