Robert Starrett currently serves as Managing Director of Berkadia's Investment Sales Platform. He brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role. During the course of his career, he has successfully managed over $1 billion in investment sales and financing transactions throughout the United States. His insight, work ethic, and passion for real estate ensure that each client’s goals and expectations are exceeded.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Rob served as Vice President of Multifamily for Matthews. In this role, he specialized in the disposition of all multifamily assets throughout the Mid-West.
Before his role at Matthews, Rob was Director of Finance and Acquisitions at The Mid-America Management Corporation. In this position, Rob oversaw transactions, financing, and asset management for their national portfolio. He led the process on all acquisition activities, including sourcing deals, underwriting, contract negotiation, and management of the due diligence process through closing.
