Robert serves as a Senior Associate in Real Estate Banking Credit Risk for the North East Region of JPMorgan Chase. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Robert was a real estate broker at The Woodmont Company, in Fort Worth, TX where his focus was on Retail Landlord and Tenant Representation.
Robert worked with a variety of clients ranging from local startups to international equity funds, including Fort Worth Running COmpany, Dallas Running Company, Mr. Jim's Pizza, LNR Partners, and CW Capital Asset Managment.
Prior to joining The Woodmont Company, Robert founded and managed RW Snider Investments, LLC, a brokerage firm focusing on landlord and tenant representation for office and retail. Prior to that, Robert served as an Advisor at Sperry Van Ness Real Estate.
As a lifelong resident of North Texas, Robert has a keen understanding of the market dynamics of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. He has served on the Arlington Commercial Real Estate Advisory Council and the Steer Fort Worth Urban Development Task Force. He also maintains an active role in the real estate community with his involvement in the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
