Robert L. Shapiro is President of Master Development, Inc. which over the last 10 years has been involved as a partner in several successful retail developments and redevelopments. Since 2009, Mr. Shapiro has operated independently as a project development consultant and is currently in the process of acquiring and developing several retail properties in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Earlier in his career, Bob was a Principal Partner and Chief Operating Officer/Director of Development of The Lefmark Group. Lefmark liquidated its assets resulting in an aggregate value of over $500 million. Since 1986, Mr. Shapiro has been involved in the acquisition and development of approximately five million square feet of retail space in South Florida.
