Bob has twenty three years of commercial real estate experience covering a broad spectrum of property types and ownerships. He started his career in 1986 with one of the largest retail developers in the country and was quickly identified as a top producer and promoted to one of the top five grossing shopping centers in the country. Since then Bob has been providing value added services to over twenty million square feet of office and retail properties thru out the Midwest, East-coast and now Southwest Florida. Supported by strong investment, financial and market analysis skills Bob believes in taking the guess work out of the client decision making process and providing answers which go far beyond the immediate transaction.
