Bob has been with Sheldon Gross Realty, Inc. since 1988. His broad range of experience includes sales and leasing of both office and industrial properties in addition to industrial conversions for retail use. He has represented numerous companies including multiple transactions with the County of Bergen, Promotion In Motion, Sprint/Nextel, Paxar Corporation and Safelite Auto Glass. Bob''''s dynamic personality has led him to be acknowledged for SGR''''s Largest Dollar Volume 8 times and Largest Deal Volume 6 times. Notable projects include a $40 million lease to the K-Mart Corporation, a 115,000 square foot office lease with Promotion In Motion, a 60,000 square foot office lease to Watson Pharmaceuticals and a 325,000 square foot warehouse lease to PIM Brands.
Mr. Nathin is married with 3 children. He resides in Woodcliff Lake. In addition to real estate, he is very active in his community having served on the Woodcliff Lake Board of Education for over 20 years including 8 years as President. He has also served as a member of the Parks and Recreation Committee from 1998 - 2015 and as a member of the Woodcliff Lake Planning Board from 2011 - 2016 in addition to several other town committees.
