Robert P. Murphy is a real estate Broker with Irwin I. Roth, Inc. working in both Commercial & Residential Sales, Management, Leasing, and Consulting.
Robert attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in real estate. In 1989 he received his real estate Agent?s license while working for The Linclay Corporation, a commercial real estate developer. Robert joined Irwin I. Roth, Inc. in 1992 as a sales associate and in 1998 earned his real estate Broker's license.
He is a member in good standing of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and of the National Association of Realtors.
For 15 years he has sold everything from single-family lots to multi-million dollar investment properties, leased small homes to large office/warehouse buildings, and provided expert witness testimony in real estate related court cases.
Robert is an active participant in the community. He volunteers with Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity as chairman of the Site Selection Committee and member of the Board of Directors. He also volunteers on the Tree Board in the City of Norwood.
