A native of Toronto, Ontario, Robert “Bob” Moffatt also joins Michael Saunders & Company from Prudential Palms Realty, where he was ranked among the top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide and earned the Chairman’s Gold Award and the Legend’s Award in recognition of his top performance. A specialist in selling residential, commercial and investment properties, Bob has professional training in facilitating short sale and REO (bank-owned) properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, he was sales manager for a major food company and the owner-manager of a fast-food company.
