Robert adds a depth of experience with his 33 year career working in the DFW market, from mixed use-specialty projects to grocery anchored centers as well as pad site sales and build to suit transactions.
He is directly involved in managing all aspects of the firm’s operations. Prior to co-founding City Commercial Realty in 2000, he was Senior Vice President with United Commercial Realty-Dallas. During his five years with UCR, he handled several tenant representation accounts as well as numerous high-profile project leasing assignments for developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including
Southlake Town Square, Addison Circle, Mockingbird Station, and The Shops at Legacy. His UCR accomplishments include “Most Transactions Closed” in both 1995 and 1996, and consistently ranking in the “Top Ten” in the company for overall production. The projects he has leased have received numerous awards including the “Best New Retail Development” and “Best New Redevelopment” awards from The Dallas Business Journal. He has received the “Heavy Hitter” award from The Dallas Business Journal, as well as the “40 Under 40” award from The Fort Worth Business Press. Before joining UCR, Robert spent five years with The Weitzman Group in its Fort Worth office, handling project leasing and tenant representation.
Robert holds a B.B.A. from the University of North Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
