Robert Levin serves as a senior investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness. As a licensed real estate broker with over 22 years of experience, Levin has applied his expertise in all aspects of client services including investment sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, sale and leasebacks, tenant representation and asset management.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Levin served as a commercial broker for Sonnenblick-Goldman Company and Harper Lawrence Inc. representing financial institutions, public corporations, and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail property. Over the years, Levin has secured a gross aggregate transaction volume valued at over a $billion dollars. His corporate clients included: Motorola Communications, Merrill Lynch, Bloomberg Financial, Lenox Hill Hospital, Zaire Mission, United Nations, Time Warner Communications, Equifax, National Car Rental, Chase Manhattan Bank, MCI Communications, Marine Midland Bank, and Fruit of the Loom.
Levin's professional memberships include being a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and a member of the New York Manufactured Housing Association.
