Robert LaChance joined McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. in 2021 as Director of Property Management. He is responsible for the oversite and management of the company’s property portfolio. Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in property management to his role, working in all facets of property management, including TI construction management, marketing, policy development, contract negotiation and budget oversite and implementation. Robert attended the University of Alaska- Fairbanks, received his Certified Shopping Center Management Designation (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2014 and became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2019. Robert serves on the National Governance Council for IREM and on the Board of Directors for IREM Reno/Tahoe Chapter #89.
