In three short years K-C REALTY became the leading sales office in Carroll County, Arkansas and remains the leader to this day. In the year 2000 Dennis Cole and Rob opened a second Coldwell Banker K-C REALTY Office in the resort/retirement community of Holiday Island Arkansas.
