Robert Kennedy joined Colliers International's Manhattan office in 2009. With more than 10 years of real estate experience, he specializes in the national representation of tenants, with a focus on the office and industrial sectors.
Accomplishments
As a real estate advisor, Mr. Kennedy assists clients with the development and implementation of customized occupancy strategies across their real estate portfolio. Having completed in excess of 2 million square feet of transactions in the office sector and over 1 million square feet of transactions in the industrial sector, he has extensive experience in deal structuring, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Mr. Kennedy has worked with a wide array of clients, from early stage start-ups to publicly traded financial services firms.
Mr. Kennedy is a recipient of Colliers International’s Everest Award, which recognizes the firm's top professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the Americas region.
