Mr. Hoffman has been working in commercial real estate since 2015, entering the industry with Goldman Properties, where he quickly became Real Estate Development Manager. Mr. Hoffman led the development and management of GP’s portfolios in Florida, Pennsylvania and New York, with an overarching focus on repurposing neglected districts into vibrant neighborhoods, and ultimately enhancing property values through unique experiences, tenancies, and programming. His most notable work was accomplished in GP’s Wynwood portfolio, where he developed and managed over 350,000 square feet of urban retail space. Most recently, he was responsible for developing and stabilizing the Wynwood Garage, the first mixed-use parking structure in the neighborhood. Mr. Hoffman is experienced in capitalization strategy, development, leasing, and joint ventures. He is a member of the Florida Bar, holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Miami, and a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
