Robert brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience involving leasing, land acquisition, and the selling of office buildings and warehouses. He has been involved in the site selection for high profile clients such as McDonalds, Goodyear, New York Life, Smith Barney and Atlanta Realty Partners.
Recently, Robert has been involved in the selling of net leased properties including Dollar Generals, Family Dollars and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Many of the buyers purchased the net leased properties as a fulfillment of their 1031 exchange requirements. He is also an owner of a Dollar General in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Robert is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Masters of Science
Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis.
Robert is married, a father of 4 children, and is living in Waukesha.
