Robert S. Heicklen is a Broker and Owner at Stonegate Real Estate. Mr. Heicklen has focused his professional career on Retail Services, collaborating with high-profile clients in San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, and in New York including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island. Mr. Heicklen came to identify himself in the commercial real estate industry by completing transactions on behalf of the industry’s most recognized brands such as Dyson, FoGo De Chao, The New Stand, Pinkyotto, Duane Reade, Walgreens, Chipotle Mexican Grill, AT&T, Kay Jewelers, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Dunkin Donuts. He is also very experienced in property owner representation and collaborated with property owners such as The Mattone Group, The Harbor Group, Miller & Co., Barone Management, The Red Apple Group, Stahl Organization, Beneson Capital, and Ascend Builders. Mr. Heicklen’s most notable transactions include bringing global retailer Dyson to the Americas, completing the global flagship at 640 fifth avenue and 285 Geary Street in San Francisco 2016. Mr. Heicklen also served as the Senior Vice President and head of sales and marketing responsible for launching Connect by Sensory Interactive an industry-leading technology firm specializing in real estate applications for both interior and exterior digital solutions. In 2016, Mr. Heicklen was recognized by The Real Deal for completing the eighth most valuable retail lease for his participation in 640 5th avenue on behalf of Dyson and in 2015 was recognized by the New York Real Estate Journal “Young and Established” spotlight. Mr. Heicklen is an active volunteer and community advisory board member for St. Mary’s Healthcare System in Queens as well as an active Volunteer for St. Judes and the Colon Cancer Foundation. Mr. Heicklen studied International Business and received a BS in economics from Queens College. Mr. Heicklen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Long Island Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Board of New York.
