Robert Hau brings 44-years of financial, investment, and real estate experience to assist his clients in structuring their real estate, business, and investment decisions. Robert is also a chartered financial planner.
Robert has been a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Broker since 2000, specializing in investment, commercial and development real estate and has completed over 240 successful real estate transactions.
Prior to 2001, Mr. Hau spent 18-years in various capacities, including Vice President of Regional Marketing for Prudential Financial Services, a major US financial institution. In 1991, he went on to create Conant-Hau and Associates, an investment banking and business start up firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1995, Robert worked with Source Capital, Ltd. (now Headwaters SC), in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the Royal Bank of Canada's Global private banking unit.
Robert's community involvement includes, volunteering at Hospice of Larimer County, Meals on Wheels, Board Member of United Way of Larimer County, President of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors 2005-2006, Vice Chairman of Ensight Low Vision Care, and Campaign Manager for our current Fort Collins Mayor.
