Every year since 2010, Rob’s success in commercial real estate has landed him a spot among the top five advisors in Florida. He is Managing Partner for SVN Waterfront, where he manages the sale and leasing of office, industrial, vacant land, investment and NNN properties. SVN is a $12 billion international real estate firm with more than 1,600 advisors and 200 global offices. Throughout his career, Rob has worked with investors seeking to acquire commercial properties, and with sellers looking to divest themselves. He and his team have been involved in hundreds of transactions from The Keys to Orlando. West Palm Beach to Stuart is Rob’s primary market, with heavy emphasis in the Jupiter area. Among Rob’s many high-profile transactions and developments The team of Rob Hamman and David Kendall sold The Iconic Waterway Cafe in Palm Beach Gardens. In addition and right across the Intracoastal a site assemblage and acquisition of the former Panama Hattie’s Restaurant. The site on PGA Boulevard consists of more than 6 acres of land and about 630 feet along the intracoastal waterway. Other prominent transactions to his credit include many on Indiantown Road in Jupiter, the entire block on U.S.1, Alt A1A and Old Dixie Highway. He also is the exclusive leasing agent at Jupiter’s prestigious Harbourside Place. Rob has an unyielding desire for excellence and a determination to do right by the client. These traits have helped him gain exclusive representation of several national retailers and their expansions, as well as high-net-worth family offices wishing to bolster their real investments. Rob also provides strategic guidance to high-net-worth individuals in the handling of their portfolios. Before joining SVN, Rob was founder of Atlantic Action, and one of the state’s largest limousine companies: Carey Limousine Florida. He negotiated the sale of his business to Carey International, the world’s largest limousine company, which also hired him to head its growth strategies. Rob served in the United States Marines Corps and was based in Iwakuni Japan. He is a native of Carmel, IN, and has lived in South Florida for more than 30 years.
