Prior to joining Ogden, Bob was: a Business & Economic Developer with IMPACT SEVEN, Inc.’s Milwaukee Office marketing New Markets Tax Credits, SBA’s 504 Loans & SBA’s Micro Loans; Executive Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions at Mallory Properties; Senior Vice President of Corporate and Industrial Sales & Leasing at NAI MLG Commercial; Vice President of Special Projects w/James T. Barry Co., Inc.; and a Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing Associate for Robert A. Polacheck Co. Bob was licensed as a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker in 1983.
