Robert D. Frost directs all quantitative analyses for Signature Partners, LLC and is also responsible for client development and corporate strategic advisory services.
Mr. Frost was previously an investment banker in the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Frost worked on a broad range of equity, debt and mergers & acquisitions assignments on behalf of real estate opportunity funds, REITs, real estate operators and gaming and lodging companies. Mr. Frost played a key role in the recapitalization of Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. and Wyndham International, Inc.
Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Frost was the chief of staff of the Global Business Policy Council of A.T. Kearney, Inc., management consultants. In that capacity, Mr. Frost advised senior corporate leaders of major international corporations on issues related to global expansion.
In addition to his role at Signature, Mr. Frost is a founding Member of Frontier Capital Partners, LLC. Frontier is a real estate investment firm that focuses on the acquisition and development of multi-family, commercial and industrial properties in the New York City metropolitan region.
A lifelong resident of New York City, Mr. Frost is a 1992 graduate of Harvard University. In addition, Mr. Frost received his M.B.A. in finance, beta gamma sigma, from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Frost is involved in a variety of arts institutions including the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. Mr. Frost is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lucius N. Littauer Foundation and the Perlman Family Arthritis Center of New England Medical Center.
