Robert DeSantis has been involved in real estate on the Treasure Coast for over 35 years. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, Robert earned his real estate brokers license at 21 and specializes in 1031 exchanges, real estate investing, and development consulting. Robert also has a mortgage broker's license. He has earned a solid reputation in the community as a leader in the commercial real estate field.
Robert DeSantis relocated from Philadelphia, PA to the Stuart, FL area in 1973. After acquiring, renovating, leasing and selling a number of brownstone properties in Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia, Bob opened a residential brokerage business in 1973. This start up company grew to a commercial department, property management services, a real estate school and four offices with over 100 sales associates and 20 employees.
Bob earned his GRI, CRB, CCIM from 1973 to 1988 and sold the brokerage business in 1989. He returned to commercial aspects of the business and syndicated a number of properties for investors purchased from the RTC in the early l990's which syndications are still operating today.
Bob has developed sub-divisions, made over numerous commercial buildings, represented tenants and buyers all over Florida in acquiring or leasing sites, and has developed niche market office buildings and shopping centers.
Bob has developed a "brand" identity in his local market and is past President of the Board of Realtors, Economic Council, first President of Business Development Board, and Board Member of many local charities, churches, and community organizations.
Specializing in 1031 exchanges, Bob can advise, list, lease, finance, develop, and sell any type of commercial property for any customer or client who is motivated.
