Since going into real estate in 1995, he has gained invaluable experience as a high-volume Real Estate Manager, Realtor, and Realtor Training Speaker. These experiences allowed him to see the opportunity for improvement in the industry including communication, buyer friendly marketing and efficiency. Starting Homes and Land Brokers, Inc. in 2003 provided him with the opportunity to improve upon these areas while incorporating his team mentality. In the past thirteen years, he and his team have closed over 2000 transactions with a sales volume exceeding $210 million. His accreditations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Accredited REO Agent (A-REO), and Certified Short Sale Specialist.
