Robert runs the Commercial and Land & Development Department for South Somerset and Dorset. Joining GTH in 2009 having previously been a partner at Cluttons, Robert has 30 years’ experience, acting on behalf of and advising developers, public sector bodies, corporate and private clients in London and the West Country. Specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and providing landlord & tenant and development advice, with particular emphasis on commercial and residential property. Robert currently manages 30 long leasehold blocks and a number of other commercial and mixed use properties.
