Bio
“Customer Service like I expect for myself,” is Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty Associate Broker Robert Boatright’s mantra. For Robert selling real estate at the lake was the next logical step. After years of part-time lake living, he and his wife relocated to Great Water Reynolds Lake Oconee from Atlanta in 2006. Robert is living the dream and he enjoys helping his clients realize their dreams too. Before becoming a Realtor in 2007, Robert and his wife spent 10 years working to put each other through college. The outcome of his education was earning a B.B.A in Finance from UGA and a M.S. in Management from FSU. Robert’s years of corporate and financial experience, as well as his proven record of buying and selling businesses through mergers and acquisitions, have laid a strong foundation for his second career in real estate and have proven to be a key asset in serving his clients. His extensive professional experience help him to relate to his clients in a matchless way. Robert understands that selling real estate in gated golf communities, like Reynolds Lake Oconee requires a unique skill set. He prides himself on knowing and understanding the rules, regulations and requirements of the communities he works and lives in. When a question arises Robert knows just who to call to get it answered. His work ethic is unparalleled- he will literally drop anything and everything to be available for his clients. While talking about his accolades doesn’t come naturally for him, Robert’s successes speak for themselves. In 2012, he took home the Lake Country Board of Realtors Gold Award as the top selling agent in terms of total dollar volume. Most recently, Robert was named the 5th highest performing Coldwell Banker agent in the state of Georgia out of the agency’s 1,719 agents statewide. He has also been in the top two percent globally of all Coldwell Banker franchises worldwide. Beyond selling real estate, Robert is an active member of the Lake Oconee community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greene County Habitat for Humanity where he is responsible for a number of different tasks including helping to purchase the land the homes are built on. He also serves on the board of the Bruce Arians Family Foundation, helping to organize its annual golf tournament, which raises money for CASA. Robert loves golfing and boating and truly enjoys any opportunity to show people the slice of heaven he has found at Lake Oconee.
