Bob oversees Hiffman National's Management Services Division, which currently operates a portfolio of over 600 assets and 90 million square feet of third-party office, industrial and retail assets for investor clients. Prior to joining Hiffman in 2011, Bob was an EVP of Asset Management for the investment management group at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, where he managed a $1.3 Billion portfolio of real estate across the Midwest and Southeast regions.
Assoian has spent more than 30 years as an asset/portfolio manager for major institutional investors as well as private individuals. He previously served as Director of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis, and as VP of Asset Management for the Midwest Region of The Traveler’s Realty Investment Company, the real estate arm of the Traveler’s Insurance Company.
Assoian received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford and an MBA in real estate/finance from the University of Connecticut. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois, a certified property manager (CPM) and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).
