Bio
As President of Rosebriar Holdings Corp., Rob oversees Rosebriar's commercial portfolio of approximately two million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties comprised of nearly 270 national, regional and local tenants. During his tenure with Rosebriar, Rob has provided direction and assistance in the company's acquisitions, dispositions, and ground-up development, as well as handling negotiations of lease and sale/purchase transactions. Prior to joining Rosebriar, Rob was with Integra Realty Resources performing valuation services on various commercial properties throughout the DFW metroplex. Rob also has commercial property tax experience from his years working with Duff & Phelps. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, obtaining minors in both Economics and Spanish. Rob lives in Dallas with his wife, Beth Ann, and two sons, Zane and Wes.
